Anyone fancy joining me for some circuit training on a Thursday night - in Nottingham close to the Broadmarsh. I've been going for a few weeks and it's a bit different to the norm. Almost fun in an odd way 
Starts at 7pm and done for around 8pm. Don't know any bike riders up here so it would be nice to meet one or two faces. PM me for info if you're interested.
