The East Midlands Region are holding a Road Race Organisers Course in August.

The course will be open to all those who are interested in becoming an organiser as well as experienced and new organisers alike.

So whether you are an experienced organiser who would like to make sure you are up-to-date with BC requirements, as things do change over time, or you are just starting out as an organiser then this course is for you.

It is free to attend the course.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided for you.

Date : Saturday 30th August

Time: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Venue : Winthorpe Community Centre, Woodlands, Winthorpe, Newark. NG24 2NL

We have chosen to hold the course at Winthorpe as it is a central location within the Region.

If you would like to come to the course please let me know by pm so we can confirm numbers for the Tutor and for catering purposes.

We look forward to seeing you on the day.

There are still places available for those who would like to do the course.

So far we have 16 people Very Happy but the hall is big so please join us if you can.

Once again please let me know if you will be joining us so numbers can be confirmed for the Tutor and catering.

There are still some places available.

Lunch - is not the run of the mill lunch, but a buffet - sandwiches; salad; jacket potatoes, choice of 2 fillings; dessert Very Happy
