Might just have a shout at a bronze, but he has a tough ride in the 4th/5th contest, and will need to go a bit faster than even his great effort today. I guess it all depends on recovery. Having achieved what he has so far, considering his real target is probably 2012, it's all bonus from now on.

Fantastic! I assume the schedule is designed around a slow first half... Not good for the blood pressure, but a fantastic performance!
