Now then, is this the current state of play?

Beeston Road Club meet at 6.30 now at Attenborough lights, is this still a two speed group?

Some of the faster lads now meet at Leisure Lakes at 6.45 and do something like this

Beeston RC run starts at 6.30pm Tue and Thu Attenborough lights and goes out to Kegworth past Plank and Leggit, has a spin out round East Leake way etc then comes back in via Bradmore, Wilford, University Blvd.
