I work shifts so rarely get out at the weekend, even Tue/Thu chaingang is a bit hit and miss.
Highly unlikely but are there any rides weekdays or do I have to go on some kind of lonely hearts forum to find a training partner!? |

Pretty steady. Traditional club run pace - about 16/17 mph average.
I think Long Eaton have a Thursday daytime run, too. |

| It's been a little faster than 16/17 for the last few weeks Trev but there have only been 4 or 5 riders. |

| Sunday club runs have also been a bit faster, due to the lack of calming influence provided by Ed. |
