Its something similar to this although there is the odd variation.

I think on Tue it averaged 22 and a bit mph, not sure as I got dropped half way round, and about a dozen started. 6.45 sharp (ish)
Cheers

Is there still a steady ride going off after or is it all off at 6.45 - might ride down tonight if it's not chucking it down.

Hi there, I am not sure about leisure lakes but there is usually a steady run from the attenborough nature reserve on a Tuesday and Thursday night at 6.45. I think that was Beeston RC but I just read that the tueday night run might not go ahead because of the Time Trials.

Does anyone know if the ride is on tonight? If not I might head out to the Leisure Lakes run.

Fast tonight wontit?
Only came to the front 2 or 3 times, but that wind and that pace was a bit much for me, so stayed 'tucked in' after that. Not many left at the end. Would we have caught the two off the front if not for the junctions?

We got 'motor paced' tonight, one of the lads (Nige??) turned up on a scooter!! Great training. Never done that before. Do some of the track lads do it???
I was at near threshold nearly all the way round. Shame most of 'em turned off.

I didn't turn off, I hung on for grim death as long as I could, which wasn't long. I'd like to think it was becuase I was tired, but I think its because I'm useless. Good fun while it lasted though.

I need to bring a moped, would love to make the excuse that I waited for my mate who was tired after the White Rose, but I'd be lying.
