wots the best way to approach revery traing, having been out for about 6 months without a structured traing plan i am well outta form.
Is it best to come back wiht longer gentle sessions interspreced with regular rest days. Or do short gentle sessions everyday with only one or two rest days a week?
any advice would be ace!
