The 10 is due to be held on the K33 which is Evesham way. It will probablt be moved to another course in the midlands though.

Thanks for that Lee, I will not ask the usual obligatory testers question of "is it fast?"!

The question isn't "Is it fast", it's more

Long time since I've ridden it but from memory it's good, mainly dual carriageway, I would guess course record is dangerfield with a long 19 but it's not suoerfast by any stretch of the imagination.

The issue in question is that there's a brand new traffic calming island on the course, resulting in events like this:

http://wsjccgallery.shutterfly.com/1225#1227

Which is entirely unacceptable for a national, open or even club event (the cyclist has right of way in the photo). I think the far safer K41/10 should be used (as it has in the past for a national 10) but I'm not sure how I could help that to be possible.

Agree, and that is what I was refering too when I said it will probably be moved. It is a ludicrous state of affairs that the Midlands DC deem that safe.

But I would have thought they could find an alternative start and finish, they used to use the course in reverse?
