Got a good one of Pnut, Zebedee, Mr Clinton and a couple of Mr Lane.

Is that because Ben went past at a steadier pace than the rest?! Laughing

That first one you have of Rob Watkinson (122) is quality, really shows how hard that part of the hill was. The backdrop with the town below really makes it a good pic. good work.

To allay all the FALSE accusations about my speed up the hill, I was obviously FLYING way to fast for your shutter to capture me. Wink

No, none. Though a local sculptur did manage to cast a bronze statue of me in the time between me crossing the bridge and rounding the hairpin.

How did this start, ah yes it was Lee remarking he had a couple of pictures of me.
This must stop or newcomers to the site might think I am a total biff. Sad
And that would never do.

Touche. Laughing
There were actually 2! A winter of cross according to Wardy will see my handling improve no end. Just watch it next season! Shocked

I can actually go up them ok. I'll just never enter a downhill climb if such an event was ever put on.

Agreed. Whilst you may climb like a rat up a pipe, your skills coming down the other side are shocking. Or is that more to do with me being twice your weight?

Myself and Schneck Snr went and watched the TLI Cross at Killingworth on sunday, got to be honest it looked like pretty a pretty good laugh.

There was some ridiculous bling on show for plowing over muddy terrain though. I think i'd be more at the budget end of the cross scale!

That the one Tony won? He's going well just now. I make my cross debut on Nov 8th, I think you two should also. Lets take bets on how many times the WARDINATOR laps me!

Unfortunately finances won't stretch to a cross bike at the moment.

Plus I'm fully unwound and well into the off season now, didn't even force myself to go out on sunday morning when I had a raging hangover! Thats how we ended up going to watch the cross.

Although if i could pick up a frame & a few other bits i'd probably have enough gear to put a bike together.
