Yeah, in 60 posts about 2 have been about McCann; actually, those 2 were about the pointlessness of drag strip TT courses.

Maybe, but some 'cyclists' just have this loathing of time trials for some bazaar reason, if you are cr@p at them or dont like them because of that then commence slagging off downhill ATB'ing or cricket or similar!!! Rolling Eyes

So, to sum up, world class TTers such as McCann and Wiggins, who can do 30-31mph on an undulating course, can achieve 33mph on a flat course with minimal turns and some traffic. About the speed difference I observe between my performances on fast and slow UK TT courses.
