Suddenly came on yesterday, in both legs. To the extent I can hardly walk without looking like a chimp.

Haven't been riding any more than usual, with no position changes. Tried stretching off numerous times, but to no avail.

Any solution? I'm having a day off riding tommorow see if that helps.

Also any idea what could be causing it? again..both quads, in the same place!

I have sore and aching Quads

I know why though

I was stupid enough to play basket ball at lunchtime yesterday

I have no business on a basketball court being a midget

Apprently short man syndrome does exist on the basketball court
