Peak RC are organising a new event in the Peak District. A 17 mile hilly starting at Calver and taking in Millers Dale.

Click here for more details: http://www.peakroadclub.co.uk/theevent.html

It will be a challenging event that offers something different from the usual menu of flat TT's in the North Mids district, and as it's on during the World Cup the roads should be quiet. I've put this on the road racing board as I know you guys will welcome the chance to show that you can ride fast without having a wheel to sit on.

If you know you want to enter, but can't get a form to me by the official closing date on Saturday, send me a message/email and I'll put you in the event. You can then send the form to me next week.

Chris

I'm quite tempted - can you enter on the line?

LOL! Its a TT under CTT regulations and therefore one has to enter in advance on an official entry form. Upon arrival at the event you have to exchange a secret handshake with the organiser - i.e. me.

I assume you DO know about the handshake......

No but what you have to do with the goat behind the hedge is disgusting!
