St Kitts and Nevis Guys in Worlds TT

Someone on the Cyclingnews forum is complaining about these guys http://forum.cyclingnews.com/showthread.php?t=10367&page=2

Personally, I think it's great that they get a chance. Why should a country have to be big to be represented in sporting events. The guy is also ridiculing their speed. He treckons he could go faster. Maybe he could, but does it matter? Also, is it really that much of a disgrace to finish 22 minutes down on Fabian Cancellara in a hilly tt?

I'm curious, how far down would they be in a '10' if there was the same difference in speed. I'm guessing that Cancellara would do a 17 minute ride. I could probably work it out myself but it's too early! I suspect that their times wouldn't be all that embarrassing.
