|
|
Getting a weird pain in my knee's that is present even when not cycling. A dull sort of pain. Have not got time to train like last year and am riding a LOT less than I was last year. Only riding I am doing is too and from the station - circa 10 mins each way.
No swelling - and unable to pin point source of pain.
It is almost as how I would expect arthritis to feel....its a genearl soreness around the knee as a whole.
No pain when moving but some pain when still.
Quite confused by it! _________________ Imagination is the war against reality.... |

Have you lost much muscle?
Could be a muscle imbalance. Weak(er) quads is a very large cause of knee pain according to a book I have that has some references in it. |
