Private members of BC, i.e. those members not in a BC registered club, are welcome to attend the AGM.
However, only the appointed delegate(s) from registered clubs are permitted to vote. The number of delegates each club is entitled to depends on the number of BC members within that club.
So, no, PMs don't get to vote - another perk Shocked from joining a club.

I'd like to propose a vote of no confidence in whoever is now dealing with the replacement East Midlands track.
I'd also like to propose that each member club of BC MUST promote a BC event every season as a condition of their membership.
I'd also like to nominate David LeGrys as BC President.

Is there anywhere you can find out how many BC members each club has? We have 100 members but I suspect that quite a lot aren't members of BC.

The clubs BC contact, ie the person who receives the membership cards to distribute, will get a list of current BC members in the club on a regular basis. That is assuming that all your BC members indicate that they are a club member.

It is true that the club secretary receives regular lists of club members who are BC members. However, this only allows you to to find out how many members of your own club belong also to BC. I think that Will Scarlet was interested in finding out how many BC members each club in the region has. This information would be useful, for example, if you wished to lobby club members to support a motion of "no confidence" in the board as recently proposed by Hans ( and, I only put this as an example without expressing a view, one way or the other) or, indeed, any other motion put to the AGM.
So, is there any way of discovering how many members of each club are BC members? This information used to be distributed by the regional secretary as a matter of course.

Is the region going to answer this question or not?
