Many thanks to the three, I think, riders from I optix, again I think, who stopped this morning on route to the parrots to help after I was brought down by a wayward chicken.
Bumps and grazes and a few repairs for me and the bike!

Chicken cooking nicely in a herb infused crust as I type!
