For those who can't be bothered to invest in proper sports drinks.
I have found that a bottle of 50% orange juice, 50% flat coke gives a nice boost for the last hour of a ride. And it tastes OK (better than olbas oil)
Other variations on a similar theme will be available. _________________ World Masters Drive HillClimb For Taureans Category C Champion 2013.

Full fat, never tried it with the skinny version.
I'm sure there is a downside to taking on a quick sugar boost, but I haven't got an ology. _________________ World Masters Drive HillClimb For Taureans Category C Champion 2013.

Coke diet or normal makes 2p pieces very shiny. I'm not sure what it does to your gut _________________ 'You are a free woman. You will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, de-briefed (that you should be so lucky ) or numbered. Your life is your own.' |

not sure if its good to drink, but coca-cola with mentos mints, it doesnt half get rid of those wheel hugging gits who refuse to do a turn at the front. in an explosive non lethal kind of way. _________________ The Daily Mail, racist in public so you don't have to be |
