time trials in Hertfordshire

A friend of mine has just moved down for a year and is looking to compete in local time trials in and around Hertfordshire, where's his best port of call for info i.e. websites or local leagues etc

Yeah best to say where in Hertfordshire. There is the Hertfordshire Wheelers but we are East Side http://www.herts-wheelers.org.uk/race/club.htm
