Andy Key of Ashfield RC won the National Trophy vets race yesterday at Abergavenny. Five wins out of five events! not bad for his first year competing at this level. After the first lap Andy moved into the lead and gradually pulled away to win by more than 1.5 mins from Martin Eadon.

Not so sure if he will get it all his own way at the Nationals, especially if it is muddy.

Yeh, its usually muddy at Sutton Park. That will sort him out. Could be his club will buy him some Dugasts with Michelin treads.
