Just a quick note, if you are ever around mid-devon on a sunday, do not, and I repeat do not get out with the mid-devon CC, their winter club runs have been the death of many a talented rider!
Hard and freeking fast, and hilly too! Also rumour has it that when outsiders turn up, it's a blood bath of half wheeling hell!
Of course all this is rumours etc...........but scary stuff! |

absolutely right - I'm gonna train for the rest of the winter at 12mph max, and then rip it up at Mallory at 27mph next May cool! _________________ The starting point of all achievement is Desire.

On Larry Hickmotts old Echelon Velo site we used to have a seperate forum for training rides/where they meet etc - wud be good if VR had something similar? |

We have a rule on our Saturday rides (average about 19-20mph for 2.5 - 3 hours)
"If you can't keep up then F**k off somewhere else and come back when you can keep up! |
