Just been to the dentist for a nerve to be removed from a tooth, for which he gave me a local anesthetic. Feel a little groggy now but if the sun keeps on shining I will want to go for a ride later this afternoon.
Anyone know what if any is the recommended time to wait?
I know should have asked the dentist but its only just occured to me....

One evening in 1994 I raced at track league, after having had a wisdom tooth removed with local anaesthetic in the morning. No worries - won three races, I think.

I bet you proclaimed to have "felt awful" for at least two days beforehand though, and declared that you "might sit out a race tonight I feel so rough".

Whilst missing out the block pursuit because all the good riders were wearing even numbers so it wasn't fair |
