As from Monday, I'm commuting to Colindale (on the edgeware road), there seems to be quite a few options open to me. No idea which is the best/worst option for avoiding traffic or at least dodgy traffic areas?

I hate the tube, and it won't get me fit and the women in my office won't get to see me in Lycra. So that's at least 3 negatives to it

How about getting off your lardy assos and checking out the options at the weekend?

Moving to a new flat (Camden has lost it;s appeal now Amy doesn't live next door to me!), I'm guessing that if I tell Mel that I am off out on my bike, the issue will become somewhat irrelevant!!!

You seem to have omitted one vital piece of information, i.e. from where you are commuting, F'FS!
And it's Edgware Rd, not edgeware, nor is it Londen, F'FS!
I recommend a good Chablis
