I've finished all three that I've ridden previously , albeit fighting for the lantern rouge and being DQ'd on the final stage of the 2007 event after I got a tow back up and used some local knowledge to get back to the bunch after being brought down by Mr Weinzweig in Brecon
If I'd known they were going to DQ me I wouldn't have ridden up flippin Llangynidr Mountain to the finish |

It's ok, it's only 4 miles (7.5km) with an average 7% with that nice false flat/descent around the quarry 1km from the finish
Thursday's run up Llangwm and four times up Defynnog on Saturday will be a nice warm up |

Has he??? Climbed off the day before in 2007 I thought??
Whereas I slowed sufficiently to be passed by Mr Wallis on the climb to the finish to finish a lap down and be credited with an average time for the lap and avoided that (probably very painful and slow) last lap!!
Thus I got to start the next day - only to be DQ'd at the stage finish!! |

Yes. It shows . You had one of the most balanced physiques on the Nationals start line
The most balanced but maybe not the most efficient _________________ 'You are a free woman. You will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, de-briefed (that you should be so lucky ) or numbered. Your life is your own.' |
