The temp job I was doing did the dirt on me when i refused a perm role. I have a new job starting Monday and should here tomorrow on a much better one that looks promising, so this week I am mainly being a bum! Though I am heading out for a ride in a bit - 3rd one in 4 days! _________________

F**k knows. But for the purpose of the pointless point scoring on here, there are only two states, you either have depression and get the right meds, or merely whinge long enough and get given meds (the wrong ones, by default).
Happy now?

No, I find the whole situation very depressing. _________________ "Well done, you are 100% absolutely without a shadow of a doubt spot-bollock-on correct." - Tucker

Real depression is a chemical imbalance and trust me it is much worse!
I had therapy too, but that takes about 3mths to get an appointment on the NHS...so what do you do in the meantime????
Anti-depressants helped me in connection with therapy....once I had sorted out my issues through therapy I came off the anti-depressants with no problems & with new ways to tackle my problems.
What works for one person might not work for another & there is no shame in needing some help....I suffered with post-natal depression for years in silence which made it so much worse, and ended up with PTSD...when I should have asked for help.
Stick in there Zebedee _________________ www.filles-a-velo.com |
