I know some riders who sware by using colostrum
Its the milk from cows within 24 hours after giving birth, meant to boost imune system and help diggestion... could be worth a try ? |
Great if you're a calf
Colustrum is produced by all mammals just before and immediately after birth. It's not restricted to cows.
It's swear btw not sware and digestion has one g. _________________ 'You are a free woman. You will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, de-briefed (that you should be so lucky ) or numbered. Your life is your own.' |

In my experience, getting ill correlates closely with increasing training load too rapidly for the fitness I've got at the time, ie: a couple of weeks of 16 hours, when I've only been averaging 8.
Personally I also find that my respiratory system doesn't like spending all of my time indoors in winter, and hates the cat at my mother's house. I'm pretty sure that respiratory only infections respond well to light exercise outdoors. |
