I was thinking of giving this a go as my long work hours lately have knocked me out a bit, just wondering if anyone has noticed a difference to their immune system whilst on it? |

Which, long hours kicking me in the knackers, or the colostrum working?
According to the comic it's the latest wonder suppliment, although they surprisingly recommend Neovite Colostrum, I wonder if they're an advertiser in there?
And not wanting to believe everything I read I thought I'd look on here for some good advice. |

If you think you're run down due to overwork there's only one answer I'm afraid. |

Top link Ellie Boots - good stuff Of course the name is wrong - if the milk were hot baby couldnt have it from the source as it'd need to cool down first _________________ We may be in the gutter but some of us are looking at the stars |

This idea first surfaced about 2001 when it was rumoured the Australian National Squad were using it. The colostrum was (apparently) the first milk generated by a cow after giving birth and was supposed to kick start the calf's immune system.
So if you decide to take it you could improve your immunity to the following diseases on this site: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/topic_cattle_diseases _________________ Mal Firth
