Due to the weather.
Commiserations to the club/amateur cyclists who have ridden up the climbs or to Blackpool in the gales, only to find that the pros won't be doing the same. |

if the club/amatuer cyclist are that f'king nails then they can ride a bit further to Kendal to watch the pros ride near there
