Where? - St Giles Church Community Hall, Main Street, Balderton, Newark,
NG24 3LN.

When? - Saturday 5 November 2011.

Time? - 3pm till 5pm.

Who Should Come? - Any previous, existing or future track, road or
circuit race organisers looking to promote in 2012. Also anyone
interested in finding out more about event organisation.

Why? - To enable the co-ordination of a balanced track, road and
circuit race calendar.

There will also be a demonstration of the event registration and event
entry facility via the BC website.

Tea, coffee and cake will be available.
