We're keeping this going over the Summer this year - Tues and Thurs - 6.45 from what used to be the Little Chef at the foot of Abbey Hill/A38 roundabout.

Warm up lap Tuesdays leaves end of Ruskin Rd (off Belper Rd) at 5.30 most weeks - goes in reverse of chaingang - up A6 if you want to tag on en route.
