Sorry, it was a date mentioned on another thread. Okay, when I get back from France then. Maybe. And if we drive out to Bala and do a ride from there. |

Don't forget you'll need a couple of hours warm up before hitting the climb
Does anyone know the route of this years Wild Wales Challenge? If it goes over the Bwlch, Tony could climb as part of that ride (it's August Bank Holiday). _________________ www.cyclecoach.com

I'll make a space in my diary for August. Just pick a date _________________ When offered the choice between the path of Desire and the path of Virtue I chose the path marked Diversion.

a veloriders day out to watch Tony (and everyone else) suffer up the Bwlch. cool!

i was under the impression that Tony didn't actually do any training (correct me if i'm wrong), and therefore any cycling would be good training for Newport. Obviously a day round Bala ain't crit specific, but maybe Tony could practice by doing intervals on the Bwlch. Isn't there a corner at the bottom of the climb he could practice sprinting out of....? _________________ www.cyclecoach.com

I am drunk on the atmosphere of love and happiness.
or it could be caffine poisoning. _________________ When offered the choice between the path of Desire and the path of Virtue I chose the path marked Diversion.
