Since 1983 most of the time, still haven't got fit though , dealt with lack of showers, when that happened, by joining local gym. _________________ "For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong." H. L. Mencken

Cos it's only 3 miles. Rather travel in my car, get home quick, change and get out on the bike. |

What a bunch of lightweights.
I cycle to work because I'm a cyclist. _________________ "That's , JC" |

None at mine either. I ride easy to work and freshen-up using. Nobody has complained yet. |

Perfect. Ride to work and then train by riding the long way home. |

What's the point? I have to leave my bike outside at the Office. It might be throwing it down so I don't want to go out and get wet through. It's all just so much phaff don't you know. Going home in the car gives me that little break to get out of work mode and into cycling/training mode. |

Have done a few (OK 3) times this summer. The full whack would be 31 miles each way, but I did 18 each way. 2 reasons, firstly I don't have enough time for the full distance and secondly because the roads on the bit I drive are very busy with no good alternatives. The rest of the route is mainly quiet country roads which are very pleasant. |

3 miles and it's quicker to cycle than the car and I don't have to pay for site parking or do the 2-hour car shuffle if i park out on the street.
i drive if it rains though., can't be ar$ed with getting soaked. but thanks to the drought in the south that's about once a month.
