How far is the ROKO chaingang doing at the mo? Haven't turned a pedal for gawd knows how long but would like to do get back into it a bit. Plus only ever ridden down south with shandy drinking softies so I might need breaking in gently!!

I wouldn't go as far as a chaingang, perhaps a tempo ride at 23 mph for a couple of hours.

You know if you'd not long joined the breaston leisure lakes chaingang and you were a bit of a rubbish rider, would anybody take you under their wing and point out the finer points of group riding etiquette-or would they just leave you when your chain falls off at the lights in Borrowash!?
Ha ha
Never mind, loving the rides though, can't believe I didn't know about it before.

I'm the one in the Clarion kit.

You would get left no question, remember that for most of the riders, this is their weekly race and would you stop for a red light, someone crossing the road, a car pulling out or coming across your path if you were racing???

We've got the Tuesdays at 6.45 from Little Eaton Little Chef going again now - 2 groups one slow that waits for people and one training group. Been about a dozen out last two weeks.
