Apparently it's "traditional" you need to ask longer serving members of mocc for the real answer, maybe cos it's flat (which I don't mind ) maybe it's because nowhere else will admit halfwit, who knows? answers on a postcard please.

Well it is a sort of traditional training weekend.
About 80 miles each way and where else in the world can you get a reasonable hotel for 20 cyclists.
and apart from that its a giggle...I mean I dont think Ive ever seen the sea.

One year a few of us rolled our trousers up and went in for a paddle (never again)
and another year Joan & Jan went in for a swim...not for long mind you picture is in the scrapbook |
