Is it true that highlandpro wasn't in the sprint for the Melton sign ?
Yes I heard he couldn't get a spurt on and came last! |

I don't think he came at all. _________________ "Well done, you are 100% absolutely without a shadow of a doubt spot-bollock-on correct." - Tucker

I reckon I've worked it out...HP is storing man-fat around his waist.
obviously very good at it.... but not as good as its ability to leech on a wheel or tell fables
Ya gotta say HP has an incredible memory
anyway BillyBoy it must be your turn on the greasy pole |

The conversation at breakfast was great "did you hear that girl on her mobile phone?" "she sounded very drunk" "what fool let her in" etc etc
When hp finally made an appearance he protested "it was very hard getting up" I think he meant that he had struggled to get out of bed
On top of the 1st Melton prize the award for quote of the weekend has to go to Huffy, "good old Darren he's definately one of a kind"
The hail storm on saturday was err interesting, I cannot imagine what it must have been like without a hat/helmet on ouch, the pings as it hit the frame/spokes were amazing.
Other high/lowlights include, the headwind on saturday, the mad chef in sleaford "I was told two groups of 10 !!" jc's helping hand on the last leg of saturday when I was fit to drop, swainys chip butty, a total contrast to the coffee and cake on sunday afternoon.
Overall a very good weekend, I think it will take a while to recover from 185 miles of pure pain, swainy reckons cycling is all about suffering, I think I've had a seasons worth in one weekend. _________________ Users browsing this forum: None |

JC, dimasobike, huffy, hp and myself were getting plenty of miles in round the greasy pole while you were getting your beauty sleep. _________________ "Well done, you are 100% absolutely without a shadow of a doubt spot-bollock-on correct." - Tucker

Not much booty sleep was gotten, those beds where so narrow it was like sleeping on a washing line. Then when I did get off (oooh err) we had the mystery caller on the landing. call 911 or was that 119
Trekobike had some nice stains on his jeans |

I am looking forward to more HP "Ghost Riding" at main road junctions.
I am not going to make any more references to hard stiff come again etc.
I bet a few lurkers are wondering what we are all referring to eh eh.
we will see the sweaty sock in two weeks then. _________________ Mr 61%
