Believe it or not, the bacon roll will result in the greater weight loss, depending on number of rashers _________________ World Masters Drive HillClimb For Taureans Category C Champion 2013.

Weight loss is only desirsable if you are a fat bastardo. Also, most bacon is "processed" contains various types of shyte and is high in animal fat. Furthermore, riding to work on an empty stomach with low blood sugar levels is asking for trouble.

The question isn't what you would like, but what is preferable. _________________ John McClelland's victory in the motor paced event with Derek Marloe on the derny was a thing of beauty (Oldmanof) |

Muesli. Or in the absence of, I go for porridge. The poached egg on toast can sod off though. |

John - I voted for the former as you're implying a work day right? So I'd go with get up, get dressed, get out the door and (if the journey was long enough) feed on the bike with drink and banana.
If you mean a ride in the morning like a weekend training ride (60miles +)then I'd go with breakfast first (cereal, toast, tea) and feed on the bike.
Short rides to work (less than 45mins) I'd go without personally then get the bacon roll from the canteen _________________ "Veloriders - Sounds like a bunch of soccer holigans still watching reruns of Mrs. Brown, You've Got a Lovely Daughter" |

Blood sugar concentration, or glucose level, is tightly regulated in the human body. Normally, the blood glucose level is maintained between about 4 and 6 mM (mmol). The normal blood glucose level is about 90mg/100ml, which works out to 5mM/L (mmol/l), since the molecular weight of glucose, C6H12O6, is about 180 g/mol daltons. The total amount of glucose in circulating blood is therefore about 3.3 to 7g (assuming an ordinary *CENSORED* blood volume of 5 liters, plausible for an average *CENSORED* male). Glucose levels rise after meals for an hour or two by a few grams and are usually lowest in the morning, before the first meal of the day.
Failure to maintain blood glucose in the normal range leads to conditions of persistently high (hyperglycemia) or low (hypoglycemia) blood sugar. Diabetes mellitus, characterized by persistent hyperglycemia from any of several causes, is the most prominent disease related to failure of blood sugar regulation. _________________ John McClelland's victory in the motor paced event with Derek Marloe on the derny was a thing of beauty (Oldmanof) |
