Well you'd probably swerve across the road and take him out. _________________ http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=Matteomjb |

I think that it looks fairly clear that only Lance finally having some bad luck will stop him winning this year. ... more interesting is who'll win next year, that really is wide open. _________________

The article in the comic about Lance last week (which article I hear you cry!) mentioned the face that Lance has when he's really suffering and about to blow is called the Dead Elvis Grin. Something to do with his top lip snarling. _________________ mug source code table remote plate magazine gel |

3 @ 1.25, 5 @ 2.57. Down, but far from out, I think. But yes isn't it great to see him have to ride for himself so early? Race on?? Let's hope so! _________________ "For every complex problem there is an answer that is clear, simple, and wrong." H. L. Mencken

Lance, all the way. He might lose the jersey, but he'll be wearing yellow in Paris. I'll give him some tips when I see him next week in the Alps. |

How much time they lost is irrelevant. Although he was one of the guys @2.57, Savoldelli was the last teammate there for Lance. But it is surprising that none of the others were there.
Good to see that Beloki finished in the group though. _________________ http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=Matteomjb |

I just think that with Klodden, Vino and Jan all up there with LA on his own they must be relishing the chance to take the race to him over the next couple of weeks. The race starts now. _________________ You can't polish a turd |

The good thing is - whoever wins - the others might just think they are in with a real chance and we might have a real race. There again he might just administer the killer blow to sort em all out. |

I'm not a big LA fan and might be talking BS, but his success over the last few years have been down the team strength, not the case this year. OR am I wrong??? _________________ You can't polish a turd |

I'd say he's still got a strong team this year. My dad reckons his team were just having a rest today and are going to go for it tomorrow. Then again my dad aint a master tactitian!
Kloden did a typical move that you'll find me doing every race....lead the other guy out just to stay away from the bunch. Doesnt get you the win though! _________________ http://www.facebook.com/MikeVaughanCyc

It was odd, Discovery would never leave Lance like that, not a good sign. Then again, could be a hoax to make people think he's suffering, was worried when he let Kloden go, then I realised he was miles back on GC. |

Well at least it's exciting!
T-Mobile finally have their 3 pronged attack working properly. CSC and Phonak were up there too. Fantastic, we're seeing a race.
Don't count Team Disco out though. I've seen them bad before on the first climbing day and go out the next day and shred the peloton. I'm sure Bruyneel will be having words tonight. _________________ I don't enjoy golf. BAN IT. |

I was surprised Kloden was let loose, would've thought that they'd send Ullrich out on the attack as Lance didn't look overly great. |

If LA is stil in yellow on Thursday he will be in yellow in Paris. For me Wedsnesday is when it will happen, or not; Madeliene, Telgraphe and Galibier. Hard day tomorrow but rest on Monday, hard om Tuesday but long run in to the finish after last climb.
Roll on Wednesday. _________________ You can't polish a turd |
